How deposits, payments, changes and refunds work for check-ups booked on this website.
The deposit
The ฿1,000 deposit is paid online when you send your request. It counts toward your bill: you pay the rest at the clinic on the day.
Paying online
Payments go through Beam's secure page, by card, PromptPay or mobile banking. The clinic gives you the official receipt at your visit.
Your appointment time
We confirm the time by chat, daily between 10.00 and 19.00. If we cannot keep the time you prefer, we offer another. If none suits you, we refund what you paid online in full.
Changing the day
You can move your visit at no cost up to 24 hours before it, by chat or by replying to one of our e-mails.
Cancelling
Tell us at least 24 hours before your visit and we refund what you paid online in full. If you cancel later than that, or do not come, the deposit is not refunded.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is paid in full online and is valid for six months from the day of payment. It covers its check-up until the date on it, even if prices change. The person receiving it books the day by chat with the voucher's reference. A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prices
Prices are in Thai baht. Package prices are valid until 31 December 2026.
