How do I book an online consultation?
Message us on Line or WhatsApp. Tell us your concern and preferred time, and our team will confirm your appointment. usually within the hour. Most patients are seen the same day or next day.
How long is a typical consultation?
Most consultations last 15-30 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically 10-15 minutes. Your doctor will take as long as needed to address your concerns thoroughly.
What technology do I need?
Any device with a camera and internet connection: smartphone, tablet, or computer. We use Google Meet for all video consultations. No app download needed. just click the link we send you.
Can I consult from outside Thailand?
Yes. We regularly consult with patients from around the world, especially medical tourists planning a visit and patients following up after treatment. Time zone adjustments are no problem.
What if my doctor says I need to come in person?
Some conditions require physical examination, lab work, or procedures that can only be done in-clinic. If that's the case, your doctor will explain why and help schedule your visit. Your file will already be prepared.
Will I see a real doctor?
Always. Every online consultation is with a board-certified specialist. the same doctors who treat patients at our Bangkok clinic. We do not use AI for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Is my information private?
Absolutely. All consultations use encrypted Google Meet video calls, and your medical records are stored in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Nothing is shared without your explicit consent.
Can I choose my doctor?
In most cases, yes. Let us know your preferred doctor when you book, and we'll do our best to accommodate. For follow-up visits, we always try to match you with the same doctor.
What conditions can't be treated online?
Conditions requiring physical examination, surgical assessment, certain skin lesion evaluation, procedures, or lab collection must be done in-clinic. Your doctor will let you know during your consultation if an in-person visit is needed.
