How does an online consultation work at Menscape?
You book a 30-minute slot, complete a short pre-consultation form, then join a private Google Meet room with one of our board-certified doctors. The doctor reviews your symptoms, asks targeted questions, and ends the call with a written summary, prescription if appropriate, and a clear recommendation for next steps.
What conditions can be diagnosed and treated online?
Erectile dysfunction reviews, premature ejaculation, hair loss, low libido, fatigue and energy concerns, SEXUAL-HEALTH SCREENING/SEXUAL-HEALTH SCREENING risk assessments, prescription refills, and follow-ups for any prior in-clinic treatment. Anything requiring a physical exam, ultrasound or biopsy needs an in-person visit at our Chidlom clinic.
Can I get a prescription from an online consultation?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Our doctors write electronic prescriptions you can fill at any Thai pharmacy. For controlled substances or treatments requiring physical evaluation, we may ask you to come into the clinic first.
How private is the consultation?
Fully private. The Google Meet room is 1-on-1 with the doctor only. We do not record sessions. Your medical record is stored under PDPA-compliant infrastructure and only accessible to the medical team you authorise.
How much does it cost?
฿1,500 per 30-minute consultation. This is the consultation fee only. Prescriptions, lab tests, and any in-clinic treatment that follows are quoted separately and clearly on the call.
Can I follow up in-person at the Bangkok clinic?
Yes. If your case needs hands-on care, our Chidlom clinic in Bangkok is the same medical team. Online consultation notes carry over so you don't repeat your story. Many patients use the online consultation as the first step before flying in.
What if I am outside Thailand?
International patients are welcome. We consult with patients from across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Pre-arrival consultations are common for medical tourists planning a Bangkok trip. Treatment options vary by country, but we can advise on what is available where you are.
