Do I need to commit to a minimum period?
Monthly memberships are month-to-month — cancel anytime. The Annual Health Passport is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Can I choose which IV drips I get?
Yes. Choose from our full IV menu each visit: NAD Anti-Aging, Men Booster, Immune Booster, Detox, Energy, or White Premium. Your doctor can recommend based on your goals.
I travel frequently. Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause for up to 2 months per year. Unused sessions roll over for 1 month.
Is TRT included or just monitored?
TRT medication is quoted separately based on your protocol. The membership includes monitoring (blood work, consultations, dose adjustments) — the ongoing medical supervision that makes TRT safe and effective.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — you can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year (great for travel). Unused IV sessions roll over for 1 month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no penalties. We also offer a Bring-a-Friend pass once per quarter so you can introduce someone to the Menscape experience.
