Comprehensive Men's Health Screening

Know Your Numbers. Prevent Problems Before They Start.

Most health problems in men develop silently for years before symptoms appear. Our comprehensive screening goes beyond basic blood work to assess hormonal balance, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, cancer markers, and organ function. Giving you a complete picture of where you stand.

COMPREHENSIVE PANELS

What We Screen

Our screening covers four key areas of men's health. Hormones, metabolism, organ function, and lifestyle performance.

Hormone Panel

Comprehensive hormone testing including total and free testosterone, SHBG, thyroid (TSH, T3, T4), cortisol, DHEA-S, estradiol, and prolactin. Identifies hormonal imbalances affecting energy, mood, libido, and body composition.

Hormone Panel

Metabolic & Cardiovascular

Fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin, full lipid panel (LDL, HDL, triglycerides), hs-CRP, homocysteine, and ApoB. Detects diabetes risk, heart disease risk, and inflammation years before symptoms appear.

Metabolic & Cardiovascular

Organ Function & Cancer Markers

Liver panel (ALT, AST, GGT), kidney function (creatinine, eGFR, uric acid), PSA (prostate), CBC with differential, and vitamin/mineral levels (D, B12, iron, zinc, magnesium).

Organ Function & Cancer Markers

Lifestyle & Performance

Sleep quality assessment, stress markers (cortisol curve), body composition analysis, and fitness readiness evaluation. Connects your lab results to real-life performance and energy levels.

What Our Patients Say

Why Annual Screening Matters

Heart disease, diabetes, hormonal decline, and prostate problems are the top health risks for men over 30. All develop silently. By the time symptoms appear, the condition is often advanced. Annual screening catches issues at the earliest, most treatable stage. When intervention is simple and effective.

Why Annual Screening Matters

What Happens During Your Visit

A simple blood draw (fasting required) followed by a 30-minute consultation with your doctor. Results are available within 48 hours. Your doctor reviews every marker, explains what is optimal vs concerning, and creates a personalized action plan. Whether that is lifestyle changes, supplementation, or treatment.

What Happens During Your Visit

Who Should Get Screened

Every man over 30. Especially if you have a family history of heart disease, diabetes, or prostate cancer. Also recommended for men experiencing unexplained fatigue, weight gain, low libido, brain fog, or mood changes. Expats in Thailand should screen annually due to lifestyle and dietary changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a basic checkup?

Our basic checkup covers essential blood markers. The comprehensive screening adds the full hormone panel, advanced cardiovascular markers (ApoB, hs-CRP, homocysteine), cancer markers, and a lifestyle/performance assessment. It is the difference between a snapshot and a complete picture.

Do I need to fast?

Yes. A 10-12 hour fast is required for accurate glucose, insulin, and lipid results. You can drink water. Morning appointments are recommended.

How long does it take?

The blood draw takes 10 minutes. Results are available within 48 hours. The doctor consultation to review results takes 30 minutes.

How often should I get screened?

Annually for men over 30. Every 6 months if you are on TRT, managing a chronic condition, or actively optimizing health markers.

Can you treat what you find?

Yes. Menscape is a full-service men's clinic. If screening reveals hormone deficiency, we offer TRT. Metabolic issues lead to weight management programs. Vitamin deficiencies get IV drips and supplementation. Everything under one roof.

Is this covered by insurance?

Health screening is typically covered by international health insurance plans common among expats. We provide full documentation for reimbursement. Contact us for a cost estimate to verify with your insurer.
