Tummy Tuck for Men FAQ: Abdominoplasty, Recovery & Results
Who performs the surgery at Menscape Clinic Bangkok?
Your breast augmentation is planned and performed by Dr. Panicha Hemvipat (Pam), a Board-certified Plastic Surgeon. She leads your consultation, agrees the plan with you and carries out the procedure in an accredited-hospital operating theatre with a full anaesthetic and surgical team.
Round or anatomical implants, and which brand?
Both round and anatomical implants are available, and we work with established systems such as Motiva and Mentor. There is no single right answer. Dr. Panicha reviews your anatomy, profile preference and lifestyle with you, then explains the trade-offs so the choice is genuinely yours.
What incision options are available?
Depending on your anatomy and implant choice, inframammary, periareolar or, in selected cases, transaxillary incisions may be suitable. Dr. Panicha places incisions to keep scarring as discreet as reasonably possible, though every person scars differently and no scar can be promised invisible.
What is the fat-transfer hybrid option?
A hybrid approach combines a smaller implant with a modest amount of your own transferred fat to soften transitions. It suits some patients and not others, and depends on having enough donor fat. Suitability is assessed individually during consultation, with no guaranteed result.
How long should a fly-in patient stay in Bangkok?
Plan for around 7 to 10 days in Bangkok. This allows for your consultation, surgery, initial recovery and at least one follow-up review before you travel. We can help coordinate your schedule and suggest nearby recovery accommodation, and English-language aftercare instructions are provided.
How much does breast augmentation cost?
Every breast augmentation is quoted individually, because the figure depends on your implant choice, technique and whether a fat-transfer hybrid is included. You receive a detailed written quote after Dr. Panicha has assessed you in person, covering the surgeon, anaesthesia, accredited-hospital facility and follow-up care, with no obligation to proceed.
What does recovery involve?
Most people rest for the first few days and take one to two weeks away from work, though this varies. You wear a support garment for several weeks and avoid strenuous exercise for roughly six weeks. Dr. Panicha and the team monitor your healing through scheduled follow-up reviews.
Is breast augmentation safe?
All surgery carries risk, and breast augmentation is no exception. Performing it in an accredited-hospital operating theatre, with a Board-certified Plastic Surgeon and a full anaesthetic team, is how we work to keep that risk as low as reasonably possible. Dr. Panicha discusses the specific risks with you before you decide.
